Terms & Conditions

* As most of our products are made to order, we require 100% payment in advance to confirm your order. We do not work on credit. We charge a standard GST*, which is not included in the price. (*Usually 5%, 12% or 18% depending on the product). For events we need to take an advance payment we need a minimum of 60% of the total amount to be paid upfront post which work would begin.
* We do not offer cash on delivery, however sometimes we do make exceptions with cash on pick up from our office.
* Please note, slight variations are inherent in the manufacturing of products & gift hampers should be expected. Such features make your product special and truly one-of-a-kind. They cannot be considered as defects. Due to the many variations in computers, smart-phones and browsers, colors may appear different on different electronic screens. As a result, slight shade variance between the product/ design images on the digital file and end product could be expected.
* We reserve the right to alter and change the above mentioned terms and conditions occasionally.
